No, creating an account is optional. You can easily complete your order as a guest without any extra steps. However, having an account speeds the process for your future orders with your saved shipping information and your order history.

We want you to have your goods as soon as possible, so in-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed.

Due to recent changes in EU customs requirements, NZ Post has temporarily suspended Express shipping to all EU countries, effective 29 October 2026.

Economy and Courier shipping services remain available to the following EU countries:

Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden.

Economy and Courier services to other EU countries are temporarily suspended.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. For orders within New Zealand, postage is just $5.00. As for international orders, the postsge will vary depending on the country. We run discounts and promotions throughout the entire year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed within New Zealand will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-21 days depending on the country. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Please be aware that the confirmation email may go to SPAM, so if you do not receive any information, please go to check your SPAM folder. 

We use all major carriers, for New Zealanders, we offer a signature required service with NZ Post (click here). As for international orders, we use standard shipping or Express shipping to ensure your orders will be delivered from 7-21 days.
