No, creating an account is optional. You can easily complete your order as a guest without any extra steps. However, having an account speeds the process for your future orders with your saved shipping information and your order history.

We want you to have your goods as soon as possible, so in-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed.

Why is shipping to some EU countries currently unavailable?
From 1 July 2026, the European Union introduced new customs requirements for low-value parcels. The previous €150 customs duty exemption has been removed, and new duties and handling requirements now apply to parcels entering the EU. NZ Post

Which countries are affected?
Shipping availability varies by destination, as different EU countries may have different customs, duty payment and handling requirements. Some NZ Post services to EU destinations are currently suspended. NZ Post

When will shipping resume?
We are monitoring updates from NZ Post and will restore shipping to affected destinations once suitable shipping services become available.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. For orders within New Zealand, postage is just $5.00. As for international orders, the postsge will vary depending on the country. We run discounts and promotions throughout the entire year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed within New Zealand will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-21 days depending on the country. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Please be aware that the confirmation email may go to SPAM, so if you do not receive any information, please go to check your SPAM folder. 

We use all major carriers, for New Zealanders, we offer a signature required service with NZ Post (click here). As for international orders, we use standard shipping or Express shipping to ensure your orders will be delivered from 7-21 days.
